Return: Customers can request a return within one day only after receiving the order from the shipping company. The full value of the product will be refunded after we receive it and verify its condition. Shipping costs will be deducted, and the return fee will be deducted according to the payment method.
Exchange: Customers can request an exchange within three days after receiving the order from the shipping company. The customer must send the piece to be exchanged to us, and we will send the new piece as soon as possible after coordinating with the customer to choose another piece. The difference will be refunded in the same payment method or the customer will pay the difference using the available payment methods.
Defective Pieces: Customers can request a return or exchange if the piece has manufacturing defects or does not match its description on the website within three days from the date of receipt. The customer must return the defective or exchanged piece in its original packaging and in good condition, and we will bear the shipping costs when sending the returned piece.
Modified Pieces: If the customer requests a modification to the piece before shipping (shortening, resizing, etc.), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cash on Delivery: If the order is completed with the cash on delivery option, it cannot be returned, but it can be exchanged for another piece of equal or greater value.
