The customer must send the item to be exchanged back to us, and we will send the new item as soon as possible after coordinating with the customer on the choice of another item. The difference in payment will be refunded using the same payment method or the customer can pay the difference using the available payment methods.

can request a return or exchange of an item if it has manufacturing defects or
is not as described on the website within three days of receiving it.
The customer must return the returned or exchanged item in its original
packaging and in good condition. We will bear the shipping costs when sending
the returned item.
