• Both website and branch prices follow the same calculation method. Any significant price differences are usually due to variations in weight or product specifications.

• We provide our customers with secure and reliable payment methods, including: (Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, and others).
• All payments must be made exclusively through our official website or via bank transfers to the company’s official account.
• Hassan Al Nemer Jewelry is not responsible for any losses resulting from payments made to accounts not affiliated with the company.

Shopping Cart and Selected Items

• Customers are responsible for carefully selecting items, including size, weight, design, and gemstones.
• Please review the detailed product description before confirming your order, and contact customer service for clarification if needed.
• Products may appear slightly different in color or size due to photography or screen settings; however, we guarantee that items will be delivered in accordance with the specifications listed on the product page.
• For mass-produced items, minor differences may occur between pieces (such as slight weight variations or fine details in craftsmanship), which is natural for gold jewelry. In case of significant and clear discrepancies from the description, the customer has the right to request a return in accordance with our store policy.
• Hassan Al Nemer Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, customers will be contacted to agree on a suitable solution (cancellation or choosing an available alternative).

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

• Orders are prepared in-store according to the details provided on the website and delivered through certified shipping companies or delivery agents.

Delivery Time

• Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination city.
• Delivery through local agents is often on the same day, depending on order time and coordination with the courier.
• Delivery by shipping companies to major cities (such as Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Madinah) is generally faster than to smaller cities and may arrive within 1–2 days in some cases.
• Overall delivery duration ranges from 1 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Express Shipping

• Express shipping is completed within 1 business day (Saturday to Thursday).
• If the order is confirmed before 11 AM, delivery can be completed the same day until 5 PM or as coordinated with the courier.
• This service is available only in areas close to our center (Dammam, Qatif, Khobar, Saihat).
• If a customer chooses “Express Shipping” but is outside these areas, the order will automatically be converted to regular shipping at the same cost.

Store Pickup

• Orders can be picked up directly from our Dammam branch – Souq Al-Hob (the main hub of the online store).
• Pickup from other branches requires coordination with customer service and may take several days for order transfer.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information. Any errors may cause delays in delivery.
• In case of mishandling by shipping companies, customers have the right to receive their order in good condition. If the product is significantly damaged, especially the jewelry piece itself, customers must inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Quality and Guarantees

• All Hassan Al Nemer Jewelry products are authentic, crafted from gold, and/or set with diamonds as described in the product listing.
• All gold jewelry is hallmarked with an official stamp in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce standards.
• Diamond certificates are provided upon request, along with an official invoice. Customers must select “Add Invoice” at checkout to ensure it is included with the order.
• Customers are entitled to a full refund if it is proven or discovered that any product is non-genuine or materially inconsistent with its description.
